(constants block at top of `lot4/build_lot4_aframe_v2.py`: W, D, H, ELEV, Z2, dormer DY0/DY1) and will be rescaled when Punch dims arrive.

Current draft values: span W 32' × depth D 36' · ridge 30' above GF (~22.5:12) · elev 1'-6" · 2F at +10' (+1' framing) · shed dormers both sides y 7'–31' · front deck concept (W-4)×8'.
