**Program:** 3 bed / 2 bath · 1 story · footprint 36' × 34' = 1,224 sf · floor elev 1'-6" · 9'-0" walls · 4:12 gable (ridge parallel to front) · 1'-6" overhang.

**Model:** 4 Arch exterior walls (6") + 6 Arch interior partitions (4"). 21 openings are cut as real voids: 1 front entry, 1 rear door, 11 windows, 2 high bath windows, and 6 interior doors (2'-8"). Also: glass panes, an Arch-structure floor slab, a gable roof with gable-end infill, and a covered 20'×8' front porch with 4 posts, a shed roof and a step.

**Caveats:** This is a concept massing, not a construction drawing. Room sizes are measured on wall centerlines. There are no fixtures, cabinets or closets yet. The roof is a solid slab with no framing. The renders are matplotlib drawings of the actual FreeCAD meshes with flat shading, not a photoreal render. The window and door sizes are placeholders.
