Registering
How do I register a new worker?
Open Module X Floor → Register, hold the badge to the camera. It auto-snaps, reads name, badge barcode and APS number, and stores the ID photo. Check it and tap Confirm — no typing.

What if the camera can't read the badge?
It retakes automatically. If you cancel, the worker is not registered. An unreadable badge is never saved.

Why two IDs?
Each worker has a badge barcode (e.g. 400002479) and an APS number (e.g. 1647351). Either finds the same person; both are captured at register.

Attendance
How do I clock in?
Badge at the entry gate, then tap Clock In. With the gate rule on, you can't clock in or start a task without a turnstile badge-in.

Management. It's an on/off toggle per site in Admin.

Will lunch clock me out?
No. Lunch is lunch-safe: leaving for lunch never triggers an automatic clock-out. Leaving site for the day is detected by badge-out, GPS, or a security leave flag (planned).

What do the colors mean?
Green = on track, amber = running long, red = stopped or late.

What moves to and from Sage 100 and Scanco?
Two-way import/export of materials/items, work tickets, labor QR → task scans, and all timeclock data. Each batch is stamped in the audit trail.

Yes (planned at Sage-or-better depth): locations/bins, min/max and reorder point with suggested POs, multi-level BOMs with subassemblies, revisions and backflush.

Every change logs who, what, when, before/after. Records are immutable — corrections are new entries, never erasures.

A management dashboard (planned) shows each supervisor's task list — people issues, reviews, coaching, corrective actions, statements, drawings, material/floor issues — plus Tier 1/2 meetings, team attendance and kiosk/unit walk scans.
